Wall Panel Packing, Shipping & Quotation Brief

Build a comparable wall-panel quotation: area, finish schedule, trims, packing requirements, destination and shipping responsibilities. No fixed MOQ or lead time is assumed.

Quote the wall, not only the square metre

Send a wall-by-wall schedule with opening deductions, grain direction and agreed cutting allowance. Separate panel area from trims, corners, connectors, samples and installation services. Ask which items are included rather than assuming a complete room package.

Confirm the packing specification

Agree face protection, edge protection, pack identification, panel orientation and handling requirements for the chosen size. Request the final package dimensions, gross/net weights and packing list before freight booking. No crate type, pack count or shipping weight is promised without an order-specific packing plan.

Separate production and transport milestones

Provide the destination country/city, delivery point and requested handover date. Confirm the trade term, named place, insurance responsibilities, documentation and local receiving arrangements. Production lead time and freight transit are different milestones and require written confirmation.

Before you specify

How are MOQ, price and delivery confirmed?

Send the panel system, finish reference, quantity, destination and drawings. Minimum order, sample terms, packing and lead time are confirmed in the written quotation; there is no online payment.
